Lyn Eichmann is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Lifeforming Leadership Coaching Professional Certified Coach and Master Coach Trainer. She has been coaching clients since 2000 throughout the United States and in over a dozen countries. In 2007 she began serving as Director of Training for Lifeforming Leadership Coaching. She provides administrative oversight and supervision to all training and curriculum, nationally and internationally, develops curriculum, trains coaches and coach trainers, and ensures that training programs comply with Lifeforming values, skill competency and ICF standards. Lyn continues as a Leadership Coach, a Mentor Coach, entrepreneur, and consultant through Equipping for Success.
Lyn received her BBA from the University of Texas, Austin. For 10 years, she and her late husband founded and operated Independent Land Services, Inc., an oil and gas lease acquisition company in Houston, Texas. After moving to Virginia, she did post graduate studies at Regent University. In 2002 Lyn founded Equipping for Success, a consulting and coaching business serving leaders and emerging leaders globally through coaching, training. design discovery, behavioral intelligence, personal core values, and character development. She also served for 10 years as Director of Women’s Ministry at large church in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Over 20 years and hundreds of clients, Lyn still finds every conversation exciting and expects to be surprised by the discoveries. She is dedicated to helping others realize their full potential in the home, ministry and workplace. She is happily married to Matt Eichmann and has three wonderful sons, two amazing daughters in law, and 7 well above average grandchildren. Lyn loves the outdoors, and water only makes it better. She enjoys sailing, hiking, camping, road trips with her family and international travel.
